Yes, Eco Adventures offers a $5 per person discount for group charters of 10 or more (excluding the months of June and July).

Guests should bring comfortable clothing that can get wet and a change of clothes, a swimsuit, water-friendly shoes, a towel, sunscreen, and bug spray. Form of payment: Credit card (we accept VISA, American Express, Discover, Master Card) and/or Cash.

You should avoid bringing electronics or valuables that are not waterproof, as items can get wet on our boat, kayak, and snorkel tours and may be difficult to recover if lost.

Guests are provided with life jackets, whistles, and safety lights, and tours are led by trained guides equipped with first aid kits and communication devices. Read more about our commitment to safety.

Yes, most tours have minimum age requirements (generally starting around age 4–6 depending on the activity).

Yes, kayaking tours have weight limits (approximately 240 lbs per person and 425 lbs combined per kayak), and participants must be physically able to paddle.

Yes, individuals with certain conditions such as recent surgeries or issues with the neck, back, or limbs may not be able to participate.

You must cancel your reservation no less than 48 hours (2 days) before the tour date check-in time. Any cancellation done after will NOT receive a refund!!

Groups of 10 people or more you must cancel your reservation no less than 14 days before the tour date. If your group cancels the tour within 14 days of the tour date, you will NOT receive a refund.

If you decide to change the date of your tour after the 48 hour policy it will incur a $20 per person extra charge. This must be done at least 4hrs before the tour and does not apply to groups of 10 or more due to our limited spaces.

Yes, booking in advance is recommended to secure your spot on tours, especially due to limited availability and scheduled departure times.

Transportation is not included. However, Eco Adventures provides recommended shuttle services that guests can arrange separately.
